If you landed here looking for an agency that's taking on new creators, this page tells you exactly what we ask for, what we never ask for and how long the process takes. Straight to the point, and without having to fill anything in to find out.
We don't do mass casting. We only open a few spots each month because every creator has a point person who looks after her career, and that doesn't scale without quality dropping. We'd rather tell you "not right now" than give you half a service.
What we actually ask for
Your follower count matters least of all.
- Being over 18. It's the only non-negotiable requirement, and we always verify it.
- Being able to film content every week. A few hours, on your phone. We prepare the plan; you film whenever suits you best.
- Treating this as a business. The first few months are about building. If you're after quick money in two weeks, this isn't the place.
- Being comfortable with rules in writing. Your limits are set on day one in a document that the whole team has to follow, and only you can change it.
What we DON'T ask for: a minimum number of followers or any previous experience.

What we'll never ask you for
If another agency asks you for any of these, you know what you're dealing with.
Money upfront
Not when you apply, not when you sign, not ever. We only take a commission on what you earn: if you don't earn, neither do we. Zero upfront fees.
Your passwords
You keep the login details for your accounts. The team's access is limited, assigned to named people and yours to revoke at any time.
Documents or intimate photos when you apply
During the application and the assessment we don't ask for ID or anything intimate: just 1 to 3 normal photos, in everyday clothes, so we can assess your profile. Identity verification only comes later, and it's required by the platform itself, not by us.
Exclusivity forever
A short contract, 30 days' notice and no exit penalties. Your account, your content and your fans are always yours, and it's in writing.

Onboarding with your point person and your limits in writing from day one.
It usually takes one to three weeks from application to day one, depending on your availability. We will never rush you to sign.
