Note: gm_consent isn't a cookie in the strict sense (it is stored in the browser's local storage), but we show it here in the same detail because it serves an equivalent purpose. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta processes the data under its own cookie and privacy policies, which you can read on its website; that processing may include international transfers as described by Meta in those policies.
Your choice in the banner
The first time you visit the website you'll see a bar at the bottom with two equivalent buttons: Accept and Reject. Neither is hidden or harder to use than the other, and the bar doesn't block your browsing.
- If you reject, nothing happens. The website works exactly the same: you can read every page and send your request with no limitation at all. We just stop measuring campaigns with Meta cookies.
- If you accept, the Meta measurement technology described in the table above is loaded, and nothing else.
- We don't use third-party analytics cookies (no Google Analytics or equivalents) or any other storage in your browser apart from what is listed above.
How to change your decision
You can change your mind at any time. The quickest way is this button, which deletes your saved choice (gm_consent) and reloads the page so the banner appears again and you can choose again:
You can also do the same by deleting this website's data from your browser settings (usually under Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cookies and site data). Deleting that data removes both your choice and any Meta cookies that had been set.
How to turn off cookies in your browser
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. The exact option depends on the version, but in general:
- Chrome: Menu (⋮) → Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Delete browsing data.
- Safari (iPhone/iPad): Settings → Apps → Safari → Advanced → Website Data. On Mac: Safari → Settings → Privacy.

Blocking all cookies in your browser can affect how other websites work; on this one, as you've seen, we would only lose the ability to remember your banner choice.
