Selection process terms

1. What sending an application means

When you submit the form on our website, you start an application to our creator selection process. Nothing more.

• It doesn't create any employment relationshipApplying doesn't make you part of any staff, and no relationship of that kind exists between you and the agency.
• It doesn't create any commercial relationshipApplying isn't signing anything. You aren't bound to the agency, and the agency isn't bound to you.
• It creates no commitment for either partyYou can withdraw your application at any time by writing to us, and the agency may decide not to continue with the process. Neither has any consequence at all.

2. The process costs you nothing

The agency charges nothing for applying or for the assessment process: no sign-up fees, no admin fees, no payments "to reserve a spot". And never, at any stage, will we ask you for money up front. If anyone asks you for a payment on behalf of Creator House to enter the process, it isn't us: don't pay, and let us know.

3. Age requirement: 18 or over

The selection process is aimed exclusively at people aged 18 or over. In the form you state your date of birth and confirm that you are an adult; applications from under-18s are rejected automatically and their data is not kept.

That statement is only the first barrier: if the process moves forward to a possible onboarding, a documentary verification of identity and age is carried out before any collaboration begins. During the application stage we won't ask you for documents, passwords or intimate photos. We will ask you for 1 to 3 normal photos (of your face and, if you can, full-length, in everyday clothes) to assess your profile. If a photo with nudity or lingerie comes in, it is deleted without being reviewed and the application is discarded.

4. Your application is confidential

The information you send us is seen only by the agency's selection team and by the providers that act as data processors to run the website and contact you (listed in the Privacy policy). It isn't published, it isn't shared with other applicants or with third parties outside the process, and those who handle it do so under confidentiality obligations. 5. Assessment and decision

We review each application individually. The agency may accept or decline applications without being obliged to give reasons for its decision. An application not moving forward says nothing bad about you: we open few places so we can give each creator real attention, and we look for a good fit in both directions.

6. Data protection

The personal data you provide in the form is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy, where you'll find who the controller is, for what purpose and on what legal basis it is processed, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights.

7. If there's a fit: a separate commercial contract

Passing the selection process doesn't, by itself, create any obligation either. Any collaboration would only be formalised through a separate commercial contract, in writing, which you would receive in advance so you can read it calmly. We encourage you to go over it with your lawyer, or with anyone you like, before signing — take all the time you need. Until that contract is signed by both parties, there is no commitment whatsoever.

8. Validity and changes to these terms

These terms apply to applications sent while they are published on this page. The agency may update them; the version in force will always be the one published here, with its update date. Each application is governed by the terms in force at the time it is sent; changes do not apply retroactively to applications already sent.
