What a content creator agency actually does, area by area
"360° management" doesn't mean anything — and you know it. Here's the real, practical breakdown of the six areas we cover every week. If anything's still unclear after reading it, ask us: we'd rather have a well-informed candidate than a quick signature.
Everything on this page is included in our commission. No extras, no surprises.
Weekly planning based on data, not hunches
Every week you know what to film, for which account and why. No more "post something when you get a chance."
- A weekly content calendar. You get a concrete plan in advance: which pieces to film, for which account and with what goal. You film whenever suits you best during the week.
- Decisions based on the data from YOUR accounts. Reach, retention, saves, growth: we measure what works with your real audience, not with generic templates.
- A weekly results review. What works gets iterated and repeated with variations; what doesn't gets dropped. We explain the reason behind every change.
- Posting times that fit your audience. We post when your audience is active, taking their time zone into account — not when it suits the agency.
Professional in-house editing that knows your style
You film; we handle the rest. With a clear workflow and your approval always coming first.
- In-house editing, not an anonymous outsourced pool. Your content is edited inside the agency: whoever edits it learns your style and keeps your visual identity consistent.
- Formats for each platform. Every platform has its own length, pace and format. The same footage gets adapted to each one instead of being copied as-is.
- A clear editing workflow. You upload the raw footage to a private folder → it gets edited → you approve it → it gets scheduled. Nothing is posted without your approval.
- Simple filming guides. If you're starting from scratch, we give you concrete tips on lighting, framing and sound so you can film well on your phone. No expensive gear.
Multi-account management to grow your audience
Your social media is the engine of your career. We run it as a system, not as a handful of separate accounts.
- Coordinated multi-account posting. Several accounts working for your brand at the same time, with content and posting times planned from the weekly calendar.
- Ongoing professional analytics. We track followers, reach and views with professional analytics tools — the same data you'll then see in your monthly report.
- Sustainable growth, no shortcuts. No bought followers and no tricks that put your accounts at risk. We look after the long-term health of every account.
- Always original content. What works gets refilmed or re-edited from scratch; we never repost clones, because platforms penalize duplicate content.
Your inbox, run by your rules, in writing
It's the most sensitive part of management, which is why it has the most rules. There are no gray areas here: there's a document, and you write it.
Your limits document
Before we start, you set out your limits in writing: which topics are fine, which aren't, what tone to use and what is never offered to a fan. It's attached to your contract, only you can change it, and any change applies immediately.
What is never offered to a fan
Never in-person meetups, never content outside your limits, never your personal details, your location or your real identity. And nothing is ever promised that you haven't approved first.
Under contract and confidentiality
Everyone who touches your inbox works under a contract and a signed confidentiality agreement, with your limits document in front of them and supervised by your point person. The exact hours of coverage are agreed with you during onboarding — we'd rather agree on them than promise you a "24/7" nobody actually delivers.
You check in whenever you like
You can review your inbox activity and update your limits at any time. If something doesn't sit right with you, it gets fixed — your rules come before any agency target.
A monthly report that actually makes sense
Every month you get a report with everything that matters, in plain language. If a number is hard to understand, it's been presented badly.
- Growth by account and platform. The month's followers, reach and views compared with the previous month, using data from professional analytics.
- What worked and what we're changing. The best-performing pieces, the ones that didn't work, and what we'll do differently next month.
- Your payout, line by line. Net earnings for the period, a breakdown of the agreed commission and the amount that's yours. No fine print and no mystery line items.
- A fixed payout date. You get paid every month on a set date that you know before signing and that's written into your contract. If there were ever a delay, we'd tell you before you had to ask.
Help keeping your business in order
You're an independent professional working under a commercial contract, and that comes with admin that almost no agency helps you with. We do.
- Your records, organized every month. We gather and organize your payout statements and prepare a clear, tidy summary of your income so your accountant or tax adviser can deal with it easily — they're the ones who decide how it gets declared. More on getting paid and taxes →
- Clear paperwork from day one. Which documents to keep, how invoicing with the agency works and what basic obligations come with your business.
- We don't replace your adviser. We give you general guidance and prepared material; for your specific situation, we encourage you to work with an accountant or tax adviser in your own country.
- A contract governed by Spanish law. And as always: take it away and have your lawyer look it over before you sign. It would be strange if you didn't.
From application to day one, in 4 steps

We talk
On the channel you choose (WhatsApp, Telegram, DM or email) or on a video call, in English. A named person from our team, within 24 hours. You ask the questions.
We see if we're a fit
We walk you through the plan, the terms and the contract. Take it away and go over it with anyone you like, including your lawyer. No rush.
We get started
Onboarding with your point person from day one: a specific person, with a first and last name, who gets back to you when you need them.
We only open a few spots each month so every creator gets real attention. It's not a pressure tactic: it's our real capacity, and we'd rather tell you "not right now" than give you half a service.
