This website has a twofold purpose:

a) To provide information about the management and career services the agency offers to content creators, including a description of how it operates, its team and its general terms.

b) To receive and manage applications from creators interested in an assessment by the agency, through the form available on the Request an assessment page.

Sending an application through this website does not, by itself, create any contractual relationship between the creator and the agency. The terms that apply to the application process are described on the Process terms page.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free of charge and makes whoever accesses it a user, which implies acceptance of the terms set out in this legal notice. If you don't agree with them, we ask you not to use the website.

As a user, you undertake to:

a) Make appropriate and lawful use of the website and its content, in accordance with the applicable law, this legal notice and the requirements of good faith.

b) Not carry out activities that could damage, overload or impair the website, or prevent other people from using it normally (among others: introducing malicious software, attempting unauthorised access or mass extraction of content).

c) Provide truthful, up-to-date information in the website's forms, and not impersonate third parties.

The agency's services are aimed exclusively at people over 18. If you are under 18, you must not send any application or provide personal data through this website.

The processing of personal data collected through this website is governed by the Privacy policy, and the use of cookies by the Cookie policy.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All the content of this website (texts, graphic design, logos, trademarks, distinctive signs, source code, structure and selection of content) belongs to the website owner or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Accessing the website does not entail the transfer of any right over that content. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes and without the owner's prior written authorisation, is prohibited. Viewing and private use of the content is permitted, as is quoting or linking to the website with a mention of its source.

The name "Creator House" and the other distinctive signs that appear on the website may not be used without the owner's prior authorisation.

5.1 Regarding the content

The owner endeavours to ensure that the information published on the website is truthful and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is entirely free of errors or omissions. The information about the agency's services is descriptive and does not constitute a contractual offer: the specific terms of each collaboration are always set out in the commercial contract that, where applicable, is signed with each creator.

5.2 Regarding availability

The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or the absence of technical faults, and will not be liable for damage arising from interruptions, connection errors or circumstances beyond its control, although it will take reasonable measures to restore the service as soon as possible.

The owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw, at any time and without prior notice, the content, configuration or presentation of the website, as well as this legal notice. The version published at any given time will be the one that applies.

5.3 Regarding links

This website may include links to third-party websites (for example, social networks or subscription content platforms). The owner does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, their privacy policies or how they work; the links are provided for information only. If you find content on any of them that you consider unlawful, you can let us know at hello@creatorhouse.agency.

Links to this website from third-party pages do not imply any relationship between the owner and whoever is responsible for the linking page, nor acceptance of its content.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of this website, the parties submit to the Spanish courts and tribunals that are competent under the applicable rules; where the user is a consumer, the court of their place of residence will be competent.
