Message management and chatters, on your terms
It's the part that brings in the most money and the scariest one to hand over. Here's how it's done without it ever stopping sounding like you.
What's included
How the messaging side is set up, step by step.
- A boundaries document, written by you. What's on offer, what isn't, words you don't use, topics you don't touch and what you're not comfortable with. It's the very first piece, before any message.
- Your voice, not a template. How you say hi, how you sign off, the phrases you always use. A fan who's been talking to you for months notices a change in tone before anything else.
- Nothing is promised if it doesn't exist. If someone asks for something that isn't on your list, the answer is no — not a “let me see” that ends in a custom you never wanted.
- Wide coverage, without you staying up all night. The team covers the hours when your audience is messaging, which are almost never the hours that suit you.
- Confidentiality signed by everyone who works with you. It's not a verbal promise: it's in the contract.
What we don't do
Same as always: if we don't tell you what we don't do, there's no reason to believe what we say we do.
- We don't make up meetups or physical promises. Ever. Not as a joke, not “to warm up the conversation”.
- We don't use your real name or personal details. The persona doesn't need your city, your surname or where you went to school.
- We don't push anyone until they leave. A burned-out fan stops paying within a month. The goal is for them to stick around.
- We don't change your boundaries without you. If the team thinks something should shift, it gets proposed to you and you decide.
What creators usually ask us
Do they write as if they were me?
They write as your persona, with your rules and your way of talking. That's what every agency that handles messaging does; the difference is whether the boundaries are written down and respected, or whether you find out what was promised when the fan comes asking for it.
What happens if a fan asks for something I don't do?
They're told no. It's the one rule that's non-negotiable: your list of boundaries overrides any sale, however big.
Can I read the conversations?
Yes. It's your account and your audience; you have access at all times.
If this is the part holding you back, let's start here
In the assessment we go over your boundaries with you before anything else. It's the first thing that gets written and the last thing that gets touched.
Applying is free and there's no commitment. A real person gets back to you within 24 h.
